DDP anti-corrosion elastic adhesive is an elastic coating sealant made from silicone resin as the main component and other active additives.

When the glue comes into contact with air, it undergoes a cross-linking reaction with the moisture in the air and gradually solidifies from the outside to the inside into an elastomer to function.

The coating adhesive can be applied on various flat or vertical surfaces to form a coating with uniform thickness. After hardening, the coating is dense and elastic and has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, salt spray resistance, UV resistance and other properties.

Good flowability and low shrinkage; After curing, the surface is full and glossy; Excellent UV resistance, able to maintain elasticity and adhesion for a long time even in harsh natural environments; Good adhesion, suitable for coating on various substrates. After curing, DDP adhesive can form a dense elastic film, which is suitable for waterproofing, anti-corrosion and protection. Construction Tips

The area to be coated with glue must be cleaned and dried before construction to ensure that there is no oil stain or water accumulation.

Before the surface of the adhesive layer hardens, do not expose it to rain, ice or snow. Before the adhesive solidifies, protect it from external impact and scratches.

The surface drying time and curing speed of the adhesive are highly related to the ambient temperature, and will be significantly accelerated at high temperatures.

Suitable construction temperature is +10~+40℃. The surface temperature of the workpiece will be high when exposed to the sun. Please do not apply the coating directly on the high temperature surface.

Products that have been stored for a long time may partially settle. Please stir well before use.

Due to the diversity and differences of materials, especially substrates such as rubber, plastic, and coatings, the bonding performance must be tested before use.

Precautions：

● The product will release trace chemicals during the curing process. The workplace should be adequately ventilated. The cured product is non-toxic to the human body.

● Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; operators should wear appropriate protective clothing, protective gloves and masks. If it adheres to the skin, wipe it with a dry cloth and rinse with water; if it comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes. If the symptoms cannot be relieved, seek medical treatment.
