Polyethylene 600 Type Anticorrosive Tape:
The Adhesive Layer Is Thick, And The General Thickness Can Be From 0.8 Mm To 4.0 Mm. It Is a New Kind Of Anticorrosive Tape. Preparation method
The adhesive tape consists of a polyethylene base film and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is obtained by mixing components of the adhesive layer, extruding through an extruder, coating on the polyethylene base film and compounding; the polyethylene base film is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 percent of low density polyethylene, 10 to 45 percent of high density polyethylene, 5 to 25 percent of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0 to 5 percent of rubber A and 0 to 5 percent of auxiliary agent; and the adhesive layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30 to 60 percent of rubber B, 10 to 30 percent of inorganic mineral, 10 to 30 percent of tackifying resin, 3 to 10 percent of polyisobutene and 1 to 3 percent of plasticizer. The prepared polyethylene anticorrosion adhesive tape has high peel strength to a back material, namely the adhesive layer has high peel strength to the back of the polyethylene base film, and the maximum peel strength is 40.0N/cm.
