Product Overview
Our company's flexible viscoelastic tape has all the material properties of STOPAQ viscoelastic tape, but also has flexibility and good resilience, and can be stretched to 3 times its original length. The tape can be transformed into any shape to meet the requirements of various special-shaped pipes, reducer pipes, and patch sleeves for seamless filling and covering.
It must be used in conjunction with our company's viscoelastic paste. Due to the two different backing technologies, the tapes are available in two application types: low-temperature and high-temperature.
Low-temperature viscoelastic tape uses a resilient film as the base material, which is suitable for single application at low temperatures; high-temperature viscoelastic tape uses a superplastic film as the base material, which is suitable for use with an external protective tape at high temperatures.

No need to apply primer, it can be directly bonded to 3PE, FBE, liquid epoxy coating, asphalt, PP and other coatings.
Pure olefin polymers have the same chemical stability as polyethylene plastics, very good corrosion resistance, and reliability.
It can flexibly extend up to 3 times of its own length and is used for filling and covering special-shaped pipe fittings, variable-diameter pipelines, inner anti-corrosion layers of patching joints, and outer anti-corrosion layers of patching joints without gaps or wrinkles.
The construction is simple, convenient and fast, the construction quality is easy to control, and it is less affected by the technical level of personnel and the environment.
Minor mechanical damage can self-recover.
No aging, service life of more than 40 years.

Product Supply Form
The tape is provided in rolls, each roll is 10m long, and the width is available in four specifications: 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 300mm.
Release material: 5sPET release film. Inner packaging is vacuum packaging, outer packaging is carton packaging.
Product Usage
Overhaul of pipeline anti-corrosion layer, local repair, elbow anti-corrosion layer production, pipeline patching repair, and production of anti-corrosion layer inside new pipeline patching.
Use reference
Construction environment：Construction can be carried out when the temperature is ≥-30℃. Construction cannot be carried out in rainy or snowy weather, when the RH is ≥85%, or when there is water on the pipeline surface.
Surface treatment：Asphalt or epoxy coal tar enamel needs to be cleaned, and the fused epoxy powder coating and 3-layer PE anti-corrosion layer can be wiped clean by hand without dust. The surface rust removal level is ST2, and there is no floating matter or grease on the surface.
Use of adhesive tape：Manual winding with high tensile force, the release film on the adhesive tape must not be peeled off from the adhesive tape until it is used.
Quality Check：The re-test sample preparation must be tested one day later, and the pipeline anti-corrosion layer quality inspection must be tested one day after winding. The tensile speed for testing peel strength should be ≥200mm/min.
Storage and transportation：Store indoors at -10-35℃, away from fire, exposure to sunlight, water, rain, and freezing. Storage period: 18 months.
