Product structure description

Composite polyethylene anti-corrosion adhesive tape is made of polyethylene particles of various densities as the base film and butyl rubber as the adhesive layer, which are compounded in a hot-melt state according to its different uses.

It can be divided into inner tape, outer tape and patching tape. The inner tape plays an anti-corrosion and insulating role, and the outer tape plays a protective role.

It is divided into ordinary grade, reinforced grade and extra reinforced grade according to the grade structure requirements of the anti-corrosion layer.

A)Polyethylene and butyl rubber are selected as the basic materials, and the melt-heat composite plastic polymer material has good structural properties, excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, and low water absorption.
B)It has a wide temperature resistance range and its performance is stable within the range of -30℃ to 80℃.
C)There are two structures for the anti-corrosion of polyethylene anti-corrosion tape (SY/T0414-2007)：
1．A multi-layer anti-corrosion system consisting of primer + inner anti-corrosion tape + outer protective tape;
2．Or the anti-corrosion structure can be directly formed by primer + anti-corrosion tape.
D)Long service life, more than 30 years.
E)It has a wide range of applications and can be used for pipes ranging from DN50 to DN2200mm.
F)The construction is convenient and quick, no curing period is required, no environmental pollution is caused, the operation is hygienic and environmentally friendly, and it is suitable for factory prefabrication and on-site construction at room temperature.
