The company's R&D team has independently developed and upgraded the HDP high-temperature tank edge plate waterproof and anti-corrosion elastic glue process based on GDP technology for many years. HDP is based on a modified high-performance silicone sealant mixture with a solid content of more than 98%.

It is a single-component material and is very suitable for waterproofing and anti-corrosion of edge plates of high-temperature storage tanks such as residual oil, waste oil, asphalt, etc. below 180°C. Its corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and temperature resistance are higher than GDP.

Treatment of the lower part of the bottom edge plate of the tank. Grind and clean the cement concrete foundation of the tank to meet the requirements of dry, clean, free of impurities, dust and oil stains, and then paste the hard foam board along the outer wall of the tank foundation. First, apply a layer of primer with high-temperature elastic glue, and then use high-temperature elastic adhesive mixed with rubber particles with a particle size of 1-3mm to fill the gap between the bottom edge of the tank and the concrete base.

HDP high temperature resistant, waterproof and anti-corrosion elastic layer. High-performance silicone sealant is used, which is ready-made into elastic glue, and is directly applied to the outer edge plate of the tank body and the outer surface of the cement foundation coated with primer, forming a slope of about 10°, forming a corrosion-resistant and high temperature resistant elastic buffer layer.

HDP high temperature resistant waterproof and anti-corrosion protective layer. After the corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant elastic layer is molded, a layer of nylon mesh elastic fabric is applied and two coats of high temperature elastic weather resistant surface glue are directly applied.

After the HDP high temperature resistant waterproof and anti-corrosion structural layer is completed, check the curing and coating conditions. If the thickness is uneven or missed, re-apply until it meets the requirements of the standard. The total thickness of the corrosion-resistant protective layer and the elastic layer formed below the corrosion-resistant elastic surface layer is about 3 mm.
