In the field of modern industrial protection, anti-corrosion elastic coatings have become key materials due to their excellent performance. Its production process integrates multidisciplinary technologies, and each link needs to be precisely controlled to ensure that the product performance meets the standards.
Raw material pretreatment is a basic step. Elastic resins, weather-resistant pigments, fillers and other raw materials need to be strictly sorted and screened, and after removing impurities, they are preliminarily mixed by a high-speed disperser to ensure uniform distribution of the ingredients. Some special additives need to be pre-activated to improve the subsequent reaction effect.
The reaction synthesis stage is the core link. The pretreated materials enter the closed reactor and undergo polymerization at a specific temperature and pressure. Technicians use a real-time monitoring system to accurately control parameters such as pH and viscosity to promote cross-linking of molecular chains to form a stable elastic network structure. At this stage, the reaction time needs to be strictly controlled to avoid performance degradation caused by excessive reaction.
Fine processing improves product quality. The reaction product is ground multiple times by a high-speed disperser and a sand mill to control the particle size to the nanometer range and enhance the density of the coating. Plasticizers and leveling agents are then added to adjust the flow properties of the coating. After high-speed shearing and uniform dispersion, the coating is put into the paint mixing process to accurately adjust the color and viscosity.
Quality inspection runs through the entire process. Infrared spectroscopy is used to analyze the resin structure, particle size analyzer is used to detect the dispersion effect, and adhesion tester is used to evaluate the coating performance. The finished product must pass a number of rigorous tests such as salt spray resistance and artificial aging resistance to ensure compliance with international protection standards.
Double-layer composite packaging is used in the finished product packaging stage, with the outer layer resistant to impact and damage, and the inner layer resistant to corrosion and oxidation. Each batch of products is accompanied by a batch test report, which is traceable throughout the process to meet the stringent requirements of the global market for high-performance coatings.
