Product Overview
Corrosion-resistant and waterproof elastic glue is a nano-scale highly elastic corrosion-resistant material obtained by modifying silicone rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber and other synthetic polymer materials. The material has outstanding viscoelasticity, good tensile strength, excellent adhesion, good chemical resistance and UV aging resistance. This material is a two-component system, which is easy to use and can achieve a certain flame retardant effect by adding a composite flame retardant. This product is mainly used for sealing and waterproofing the bottom edge plates of tanks in petrochemical and storage tank areas. It is also used in other occasions with special requirements.
The corrosion-resistant and waterproof elastic glue is formulated into an elastic mud layer, which can improve the impact resistance and damping properties of the coating. It can effectively resist the abrasive corrosion of the gaps caused by changes in the outer edge plates of large oil tanks and vibrations during operation, thereby avoiding cracking of the coating.

Features
The waterproof layer is formed by applying several layers of elastic glue and then drying it to form an overall membrane without overlapping seams or gaps;
The waterproof adhesive layer has high surface bonding and peeling strength to the tank wall and cement;
The gap and transition between the bottom plate and the cement platform are preset with a triangular long-term elastic buffer layer similar to the glue layer to effectively dampen the expansion and contraction vibration of the buffer edge plate;
The painting process is a cold application operation, and no flame is required;
Good weather resistance and high elastic elongation ensure an overhaul period of more than eight to ten years.
